This conversation with Andrew Dadour, Senior Customer Success Manager at Adobe, will inspire you to take bold and meaningful action in your life. Andrew’s creativity in his career is truly inspiring. So many of us think we should pursue a certain path and we can feel disappointed in ourselves if those plans don’t come to fruition. When Andrew realized that he didn’t want to become a neurosurgeon, he was open to seeing what would unfold next. His story about becoming a chef is particularly incredible—it serves as such a reminder that you never know what will happen when you’re brave enough to put yourself out there. I hope as you hear Andrew’s story you’ll be open to the evolution of your own career. It’s never too late to make a change and it’s never too soon to start something new.

Here’s Andrew’s biography if you’d like to learn more:

Andrew is a graduate of UCLA where he studied biochemistry and theatre. Though his dream of becoming a neurosurgeon didn’t become a reality at the time he desired, Andrew found himself working in clinical research at Stanford. After a summer of working in the lab, Andrew found himself craving a bigger audience and a more energetic industry. So, Andrew took an opportunity at Google in ad tech, spending 4 years working with Google’s largest advertisers as a Solutions Consultant for Google Display Ads.

After 4 years of challenging work, Andrew decided it was time for yet another flavor of work, and so began his work on a Michelin star kitchen in San Francisco, at Rich Table. Andrew worked through the ranks and left the restaurant as their Pastry Chef, moving back into the tech world in a Vegan and Whole 30 chef role at Dropbox.

Though he holds cooking very near and dear to his heart, Andrew returned to the tech industry as a Customer Success Manager at Adobe.
