Episode 6: Mark Goldberg, Director of Global Health & Well-Being at Latham & Watkins LLP.
Having Mark Goldberg on the show was such a joy and honor. I was inspired to reach out to Mark after I heard him facilitate a panel during the virtual conference for the Institute for Well-Being in Law. He was so gracious to join me for this conversation regarding how he has brought all facets of wellness to the legal industry.
Mark has truly been a game-changer in bringing wellness to the legal community. He began inviting these conversations all the way back in 2009, before wellness in the workplace became as much of a focus as it is now. With his willingness to incorporate research, pair with experts in their respective industries, and create a safe space for employees to seek resources, it’s exciting to see how his work has inspired other firms to make similar changes.
I can’t wait for you to listen to this conversation. My hope is that it will inspire you to bring systemic and cultural changes to your workplace as well so that we can make resources and wellness conversations more accessible for all.
